Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

The Project consists of the design, permitting and construction of a new parking structure for the general public, airport employees, and United Airlines employees at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. There are four employee surface parking lots on the site of the future Diamond Head Extension Development. A fifth employee surface parking lot for Hawaiian Airlines is currently located on the Project site at the intersection of Ualena Street and Paiea Street. The new parking structure at Ualena Street will serve to consolidate these five parking lots, include expansion for projected growth and provide long-term parking for the public. The Project site will be fully developed for this facility with access from Ualena Street. The Project will be a multi-level parking garage with a maximum of 3,500 parking stalls within a 160'-0" maximum height allowance. The selected Offeror will be required to provide a turnkey facility.
