Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Rockville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a 58,144-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

The scope of the Charles W. Woodward High School Reopening Project Phase III, includes the 58,144 square foot interior fit-out of the auditorium, and ancillary performing and practice spaces. Construction for this phase started on July 24, 2025, and substantial completion is expected to be completed on March 30, 2027. All trades have been awarded at the construction manager. MCPS will welcome staff and students in mid-August to begin the 2027-2028 school year.
