Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Civic Center Walking Track Improvements :- The Project consists of removing and replacing existing loop trail with 10' paved surface, installing 3' wide soft surface running trail, trail connections to adjacent communities, installing seven exercise stations, a paved parking lot with 27 spaces and two accessible spaces, replacing approximately 75' long pedestrian bridge with a prefabricated bridge and rock face form liner retaining walls, non-motorized trail markings, improvements to existing concrete walkways, trails and parking for ADA accessibility. This project is funded with a Michigan DNR Spark Grant. All relevant State and/or Federal requirements will apply. This project does require Davis-Bacon wage rates. Q/A- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to cynthia.todd@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. The Work will be substantially completed on or before June 27, 2025 ; Final completion- July 25, 2025.
