The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract to purchase and deliver Recycled Crushed Concrete, Asphalt and Stone for various Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County's owned and operated sites as further detailed within the Bid Document. This contract will be effective for an initial three (3) year period with an additional three (3) one-year option to renew. Method of Award is based on an Item-by-Item basis. Small/Minority/Women Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE) Participation: Twenty percent (20%) Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Subcontracting Participation. Questions and Answers: The AUTHORITY provides a specified time for BIDDERS to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope by the date and time specified in the bid document (including any addenda). The AUTHORITY will respond to all questions through Periscope, that may include a written Addendum. Submittal Instructions: BIDDER MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the Authority to receive a valid response through Periscope. Refer to Periscope for submittal instructions. It is the BIDDER's sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through Periscope by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The AUTHORITY will not consider bid responses received by other means.
