2025 Roxbury Elementary Roof Areas 1, 2, & 3 Replacement Project 6795 Solon Boulevard, Solon, OH 44139 Bids must be addressed to Michael J. Acomb, Director of Business and Personnel, and identify on the outside of the sealed envelope Bid Documents for the 2025 Roxbury Elementary Roof Areas 1, 2, & 3 Replacement Project. Bids must be delivered to the following location: Solon City Schools 33800 Inwood Road Solon, OH 44139. It is understood and agreed that work embodied in this Contract for the Base Bids and Alternates as awarded shall start on or about May 30, 2025, and be completed no later than August 15, 2025, unless an extension of time is granted by the Owner. A fee of $1,000.00 per day may be charged for work not completed by August 15, 2025. In addition, The Contractor can be billed $110.00/hr. for all Consulting hours that result as a result of work not completed by August 15, 2025. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. If in the opinion of the Owner, the acceptance of the lowest responsible bid is not in the best interest of all concerned, the Owner may accept another proposal so opened or reject all proposals and advertise for other bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
