No Bidder May Withdraw His Proposal Within Sixty (60) Days After the Opening Thereof. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive All Informalities or Irregularities in the Bids Received and to Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Most Favorable to the City. The Commission Administers the Village's Planning and Zoning Code and Building Regulations.
