Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Lodi, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Project consists of: Demolishing approximately 600 linear feet of existing fencing and installing about 3,600 linear feet of 7-foot high galvanized fencing with 1 x9 gauge fabric, along with 105 linear feet of 6-foot high fencing. Existing gate locations will be upgraded to 7 feet, with one gate adjusted from 6 feet, while maintaining existing crash bar assemblies. The installation includes seven man gates with fork latches and four sets of double gates, along with a set of 6-foot high double gates. All measurements must be verified by the contractor, who is also responsible for ensuring the area is USA-compliant. Gates must have a minimum 4-foot opening for ADA compliance, utilize bulldog hinges for bidirectional operation, and follow specific specifications for posts and rails. The project must be completed by July 25th, with a 40-hour work week schedule, and will include a final inspection and area cleanup, along with a manu A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Lodi Unified School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. The site visit is expected to take approximately hour (1) hour. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. The successful Bidder may substitute securities for any monies withheld by the District to ensure performance under the Contract, in accordance with the provisions of section 22300 of the Public Contract Code. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
