San Joaquin County is seeking a Contractor to replace the 11 existing Septic at Micke Grove Park. Question Deadline 02/19/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Questions must be submitted in writing via email to the buyer at lye@sjgov.org. Scope of Work: The locations are listed on the map below: n tl The work involves replacing the 11 existing Septic Systems at Micke Grove Park. The systems have to be designed to confirm to the latest standards and be submitted for approval at the Environmental Health Department, San Joaquin County. The new systems will be constructed after approval by the energy and water resources department, part of GSD as well as EHD. In order to design the system a PercTest is required which will lead to a conventional system or an engineered septic system. Please note the actual construction will follow California DIR requirements and is a prevailing wage project. Please conduct site assessment for each location with reference to the number of bathrooms, kitchen(S) and any requirement for oil/water separation out of kitchen waste. The existing holding tank and leach lines will be removed. Considering the age of the system we expect the lines to be Vitrified Clay Pipe. Please verify with EHD
