BIDS are requested for the annual requirements of the Los Angeles Harbor Department for the following, to be furnished and delivered as may be required during a one-year period from effective date of the agreement: Preventative Maintenance, Andover DDC Control System Buyer: Leticia Caldera, Procurement Analyst (310) 732-3890 Total expenditures under this contract are estimated to be $30,000.00 annually. No guarantee can be given that this total will be reached or that it will not be exceeded. Vendor agrees to furnish more or less at the unit prices quoted in accordance with actual requirements throughout the contract period, however, this amount may not be exceeded without prior written approval from the Director of Contracts & Purchasing and/or the Board of Harbor Commissioners in the event the amount exceeds $150,000. The Andover DDC Control System is located at the Harbor Department's main administration building (HAB) in San Pedro, CA. Bidder must be a licensed Andover vendor. SCOPE OF WORK Sensor calibration and verification (temperature, pressure, level, flow, etc.) Test and optimize communications EMS controllers diagnostics Perform alarm maintenance and data cleanup EMS Control loop tuning Test and adjustment of DC power supplies Test manual valve operators Test and adjustment of valve actuator end switches Device output calibration (voltage, milliamps) EMS component cleaning (using pressurizing nitrogen) Test manual controls on EMS panels and relays Damper adjustments Install service packs when needed Installation/Upgrades of system components (hardware), as needed Provide customer support on all EMS/Building related equipment Provide ongoing customer training PC maintenance, including: Cleaning of computer o Hard drive diagnostics o Virus scanning and cleaning Apply necessary service packs o Backup and optimizing Tape and/or CDRW backup and cleaning Install critical service packs Detailed service report noting any deficiencies and repairs made Operational enhancements as developed by Vendor. (Not firmware) Verify air handling system operations as per sequence of operation Verify hot water heating system operations as per sequence of operation Verify air conditioning system operations as per sequence of operation Graphics verification Minor graphical changes Authorized licensed Andover vendor
