Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,000-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Design-Build Services to perform the design, construction, and warranty maintenance for the Martin Luther King, Jr., Medical Campus Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Drop-In Center Project, located at 1807 E. 120th Street, Los Angeles, California 90059. The project scope of work includes demolition of existing asphalt parking, landscaping, and gravel lot area and construction of an approximately 9,000- square-foot two-story building to house physical health, social, and counseling programs and services for young people ages 18-25.
