The Town of Islip proposes to construct a new pier to be installed in the vicinity of 333 Bayview Ave., East Islip. The anticipated work to be performed under the Contract will include general construction work associated with the project. The Bidder proposes to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to do all the work required under the General Construction Contract and to finish and complete the work within the time period specified. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Acceptable Bid Bond in the Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid and Made Payable to the Town of Islip. No Bid Will Be Accepted by E-mail or Facsimile. No Responsibility Shall Attach to Any Person or Persons for Premature Opening of Bids Not Properly Labeled or Sealed.
