Project Description Cincinnati State seeks to finalize programming for Phase 1, also known as the "Main Street Renovation" of its Clifton Campus Master Plan at 3520 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, OH. The Clifton Campus is comprised of the Advanced Technology and Learning Center (ATLC), the Health Professions Building (HPB), and the Main Building. These facilities were constructed between 1952 and 2004 and house approximately 700,000 SF of learning, meeting, and program space. Phase 1 projects will consist of multiple suites in the ATLC and Main Building, with the bulk of the work comprising student-facing suites along the first-floor main corridor of the Main Building. The College seeks to modernize this first floor corridor, and refers to it as its Main Street project, as determined in a 2022 study performed by KZF. Total Project Cost $50,000. Planning Services Start 12 / 24. Planning Services Completed 02 / 25. The College requests qualifications for an Architect/Engineer to provide Basic Programming Services, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Extra Services and Additional Services of all Types as may be needed to execute this project. This design and development phase of the project is separate from the construction phase(s) which will potentially be solicited for completion immediately following the at the conclusion of this engagement. The total project square footage is approximately 16,000-20,000 SF of space and includes: A new open stair at the intersection of the Main Building Basketball Gym, Main Entrance, and Lower Level Gym. Student Facing Office Suites for CAP and SS Programs on the first floor of the Main Building. Bookstore, Student Collaboration Spaces, Food Pantry, and Clothing Closet on the first floor of the Main Building.. Administrative office suites for Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Vice President of Administration in the ATLC Building.
