Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
*As of January 10, 2025 this project did not receive any bids and will put it out for bid at a later date.* The Wellsboro Municipal Authority (WMA) is seeking sealed Bids to furnish and install a storage building at the water filtration plant on Bryden Street, Wellsboro, Tioga County, PA. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of WMA, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. Proposals must be upon the forms provided within the Contract Documents and may not be withdrawn for 60 days from the date of opening. Successful Bidder shall be required to execute the Agreement and provide Payment & Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages, as set forth in the Contract Documents, must be paid on this project. The Wellsboro Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the best interests of the Authority.
