Should there be reasons why the Contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the COUNTY OF TIOGA and the Bidder. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Insurance Certificates and Performance and Payment Bonds and Maintenance Bond. The COUNTY OF TIOGA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Work under this Contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15, PL 987, P.S. 165) and subsequent amendments.
