Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Each BID must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the BID. As soon as the BID prices have been compared, the Owner will return the Bonds of all except the three lowest responsible bidders. When the Agreement is executed, the bonds of the two remaining unsuccessful bidders will be returned. The winning bid will be awarded on December 2, 2024 at the regularly scheduled Supervisors meeting held at the Delmar Township Building, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The bidders and the public are welcome to attend the meeting. Doc note: Contact the Engineer, Larson Design Group, 3000 Westinghouse Drive, Suite 400, Cranberry Township, PA 16066; 724-591-8562 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with any questions pertaining to access and use of the website. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, or to limit the scope of work involved. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Owner and the Bidder.
