The Estimated Item Quantities Are Summarized as Follows: Item Quantity Base Bid All Kitchenette and Flooring Improvements in a & B Areas Including Removal and Installation and Materials Complete. Lump Sum Alternate Bid #1 All Flooring Improvements in C Areas Including Removal and Installation and Materials Complete. Lump Sum Alternate Bid #2 All Flooring Improvements in D Areas Including Removal and Installation and Materials Complete. Lump Sum the Source of Funding for This Project is Either Wholly or Partially Funded by Federal American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund Dollars and Adherence to All Applicable Federal, State and Local Laws is Required. Bids Must Be Made on the Standard Proposal Form in the Manner Designated Therein and Must Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder and the Name of the Project on the Outside, Addressed to the Purchasing Department, Township of Jefferson, at 1033 Weldon Road, Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey 07849, and Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check Drawn to the Order of the Township of Jefferson for Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount Bid, Provided Said Security Need Not Be More Than $20,000.00. All Bid Guarantees Shall Be Accompanied by an Executed Consent on the Enclosed Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Forms From an Approved Surety Company, Licensed to Conduct Business in the State of New Jersey, Agreeing to Furnish the Required Performance and Maintenance Bond Upon the Award of Contract. The Signed Proposal Forms and Bid Security Must Be Delivered to the Place on or Before the Hour Named Above.
