Third Street Grade Separation Project Utility Potholing Services All Prospective Companies submitting a proposal must be listed on the "Prospective Bidders" tab on the City's bidding website. If the Proposer is not listed as a "Prospective Bidder" the proposal will not be considered. License Requirements Company and/or its key personnel, shall hold a valid and active Class A General Engineering License from the California State License Board (CSLB) in good standing on the date and time the Proposal is submitted. Scope of Services The City is seeking utility potholing services to verify location and depth of existing utilities and to identify possible conflicts with the new sewer pipe alignment.
