Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Derby, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of December 5, 2024 project was awarded to Dondlinger and Sons Construction, awarded amount is $1,028,544.50. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond is acceptable to the City in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal. Checks are to be made payable to the City of Derby and drawn on a solvent Kansas Bank or Trust Company. These checks or bonds are to be retained by the City Clerk until the contract for the project shall have been awarded. Separate sealed BIDS for therfor the construction of PAVING IMPROVEMENTS (Resolution #18-2023); STORMWATER DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS (Resolution #24-2023); WATER DISTRIBUTION IMPROVEMENTS (Resolution #25-2023); WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS (Resolution #27-2023) to serve MEADOWLARK LANDING ADDITION - PHASE 1, DERBY, SEDGWICK COUNTY, KANSAS
