Renovation of a municipal facility in Derby, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Derby, Kansas (hereinafter referred to as the "City") invites bids from vendors for removal and replacement of carpet on the 2nd floor of Derby City Hall. Question Deadline 01/03/2025 Questions regarding this document must be submitted in writing to Tom Keil, Assistant Director of Public Works at tomkeil@derbyweb.com. Such a request shall be made in writing and delivered to the buyer no later than five (5) calendar days before the deadline for receipt of bids. Scope of Work - Carpet Replacement 2nd floor City Hall -Suite 300 Services to include: o Removal of existing flooring and baseboard in designated spaces, o Removal of existing flooring in stairwell o Minor floor prep and patching, o Supply and install Shaw Carpet Tiles (9"x36" Optimistic), SKEU Number 5T315-05105 o Supply and install baseboard All bids must be valid for ninety (60) days. The City of Derby reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
