As part of a phased approach, this project will address the ceiling area of the natatorium, the pool itself, and the outdoor pool locker rooms to ensure safety and functionality. The Germantown Athletic Club is located at 1801 Exeter Road, Germantown, Tennessee. The City of Germantown, Tennessee, located approximately twenty miles east of Downtown Memphis, Tennessee hereinafter referred to as the City, intends to secure a contract for engineering and design services for the natatorium renovation at the Germantown Athletic Club.
