Renovation of a mixed-use development in Germantown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.
Reference Number 0000426879 The Project is briefly described as follows: Work is to include renovations to the existing pool, installation of new ADA entrance ramp, pool equipment, whirlpool finishes and whirlpool equipment, pool deck, walls and ceiling of the Natatorium proper. The catwalk is to remain, cleaned and painted. All existing acoustical treatments are to be removed on ceilings and walls and new treatments are to be installed. All non-operable items above the sail, including equipment, hangers, electrical panels, conduit, etc., cleaning of structure and roof deck, as well as re-painting the same is required. The existing pool bulkhead is to be removed, and a new permanent wall will be built in its place. All work shall be complete in every detail, ready for the City's beneficial use as specified herein and/or indicated on the contract drawings.
