Update: Natatorium Renovation Project is included in City of Germantown Fiscal Year 2026-2031 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The intent of the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is to obtain proposals from and the services of qualified Architectural or Engineering firms to produce detailed designs, construction drawings, specifications and obtain the necessary site plan approvals for the multi-phased Germantown Athletic Club Natatorium Renovation project. As part of a phased approach, this project will address the ceiling area of the natatorium, the pool itself, and the outdoor pool locker rooms to ensure safety and functionality. The Germantown Athletic Club is located at 1801 Exeter Road, Germantown, Tennessee. The City of Germantown, Tennessee, located approximately twenty miles east of Downtown Memphis, Tennessee hereinafter referred to as the City, intends to secure a contract for engineering and design services for the natatorium renovation at the Germantown Athletic Club.
