Bid shall be mailed or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope marked "HOUSTON HIGH SCHOOL CEILING TILE/GRID/LIGHT REPLACEMENT PHASE 1 Bid # GMSD FY 2025-003" in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope and addressed to: Jacqueline Saunders, Procurement Services, 3350 S. FOREST HILL IRENE RD, Germantown, TN 38138. If using express mail (FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail, etc.), please place it in a sealed envelope inside the express mail packaging.
