Reference Number 0000367099 The Town of Firestone, Colorado (the Town) submits this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Firms or Consultant Teams (the Consultant) to provide professional planning services to develop a new Town Comprehensive Master Plan (the Plan). Within the scope of this project will be the creation of a Gateway, Wayfinding and Corridor Design Plan. Responding Consultants must be licensed to practice appropriate services related to the Plan in the Town of Firestone and shall be experienced in planning projects similar to that described herein. The purpose of this RFQ process is to determine which Consultant will be considered for the contract for the Plan. Multiple Consultants may be short-listed for an interview and/or proposal process prior to final selection. Question Deadline 11/11/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Questions related to this Request for Qualifications should be emailed to Todd Bjerkaas at tbjerkaas@firestoneco.gov All answers to questions received will be sent in a formal addendum (if needed), by 5 pm on November 15, 2024.
