HAWK Signal location at Sable Ave and Buffalo Street: Installation of HAWK signal poles and mast arms, signal heads, pedestrian signals and push buttons, signage, pavement markings, and associated wiring and equipment. 2.) HAWK Signal location at Birch Street and Monarch Dr and Neighbors Pkwy: Installation of HAWK signal poles and mast arms, signal heads, pedestrian signals and push buttons, signage, pavement markings, and associated wiring and equipment. 3.) Traffic control, resident notification (Vehicle Message Boards), and Stormwater BMP compliance are required. All Towns Standards and Specifications are to be followed.
