Hilshire Green Paving, Drainage, and Utility Improvements Question Deadline 11/11/2024 at 5:00 PM CT The deadline to ask questions is online. Estimate: $675,000.00 Scope The project generally includes pavement reconstruction of Hilshire Green Drive from Wirt Road to the Cul-de-sac of Hilshire Green Drive. The project includes installation of 350 LF of 24" RCP storm sewer, storm sewer manholes and inlets. The project includes removing and replacing approximately 1,600 SY of concrete pavement, including replacing driveways and walkways in the project area. The project also includes 500 L.F. of 8-inch water line replacement along with approximately 400 L.F. of rehabilitation of 8-inch sanitary sewer. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the General Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of ninety (90) days after bid opening. Bidders will be required to submit with the Bid, Proof of Insurance Coverage meeting the types and amounts of coverage stated in the Specifications. Bidders will be required to submit with the Bid, other items as stated in the General Instructions to Bidders. The City of Hilshire Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
