The estimated construction budget for the project is $11,000,000. Inquiries concerning the request for proposals and the subject of the request for proposals must be on the Designated website no later than 5pm on February 13, 2025. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation will be made available as formal addenda to the Designated Website. It is the responsibility of prospective respondents to ensure they are aware of all addenda issued relative to this solicitation.
