Jersey Village Equador Pedestrian Bridge and Site Work Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to the City of Jersey Village in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas.
