Replacement of the South Terminal West Plant boilers for MSY Airport. The City and NOAB reserve the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the requirements of Louisiana Public Bid law Bid Bond - five percent (5%) of bid amount, conditioned on the bidder's failure to execute a contract with the City to supply the specified goods or services. PERFORMANCE BOND 50% of bid amount. PAYMENT BOND 50% of bid amount. SLDBE Goal: 23.15%" Supply copy to the NOAB of all applicable and required licenses upon written request by the NOAB. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
