The proposed work generally includes the installation of an exterior LED message/ identification sign for the front of the building; two (2) new electronic bingo boards; two (2) HD television monitors; two (2) device charging stations; a new sound system; and associated electrical work Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or any authorized postponement thereof. Bids received after the time and date designated shall not be considered. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof Proposals shall be submitted on the appropriate form properly filled out and duly executed. The bidder shall state unit price bid in the proposal required to fulfil the intent of these specifications. 5. CONTRACT: The successful bidder shall, within ten (10) days after official acceptance by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Waterford of his/her bid, execute a contract and deliver same to the Township Clerk. Failure to do so will be considered as an abandonment of the contract. The form of contract will be furnished to the successful bidder by the Township Solicitor.
