Demolition/clearance of One (1) House and the Provision/installation of One (1) State Building Code Modular House The Town is committed to and supportive of efforts to effectively maintain and/or increase the use of Small and Minority/Women Owned Business and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) contract participation for construction projects, services (including professional and consulting services) and commodities purchases; AND increase contract participation to offer employment, training and contracting opportunities to low and very low income persons in the Town in accordance with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended. The Town supports and encourages support of the Fair Housing Act which prohibits discrimination in housing based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, family status, and disability. Bidders may not be debarred from receiving state or federal contracts. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
