Refuse and Recycle Service at McArthur Burney Falls Furnishing services, material, or equipment, or to perform all work required to: at McArthur Burney Falls MSP, 24898 Highway 89, Burney, CA 96013, Shasta County To provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide refuse and recycling service at McArthur Burney Falls MSP, located in Shasta County. Contractor hereby certifies that all services performed are not a Loss Leader. Services shall be complete and ready for use in accordance with the contract documentation, scope of work and services bid form for stipulated sums which shall include all applicable expenses such as permits, taxes, etcetera. No Bid Will Be Considered Unless It is Prepared and Submitted in Accordance With the Conditions Set Forth in the Instructions to Bidders for C24645007 - Services. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to review the solicitation in its entirety to ensure that there is a complete understanding of the performance expectations and contracting conditions. Submittal of a Bid indicates that the Bidder understands, acknowledges, and accepts the performance expectations and contracting conditions contained within the contracting documentation.
