McArthur Burney Falls MSP Septic Improvements-Comfort Station 1 Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete Septic Improvements on Comfort Station Number 1 at McArthur Burney Falls Memorial State Park (MSP) in Shasta, California, complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and such addenda thereto as may be issued prior to bid opening date. License required: A ; Engineer's Estimate: $510,000.00 The bidder agrees to complete all work within the performance period of sixty (60) calendar days from the start date on the written notice to commence (NTC) letter. In accordance with the provisions of Section 1770, 1773 and 1773.1 of the Labor Code, the Department has ascertained that the general prevailing rate of wages in the county in which the work to be done be as listed by the Department of Industrial Relations (415) 703-4780. Bid must be accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a bidder's bond executed by an admitted surety insurer and made payable to the State agency. The security must be in an amount equal to 10% of the amount bid. A bid must not be considered unless one of the forms of the bidder's security is enclosed with it (PCC 10167). Successful bidder shall provide Payment Bond and Performance Bond.
