Renovation of a municipal facility in North Andover, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Floor stabilization- Reconstruct 1000 square feet of floor with concrete. The scope of work is to install geofoam blocks, a new retaining wall, insulation, a vapor retarder, and a concrete slab with welded wire fabric. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Town of North Andover may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if determine that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of North Andover. The original wood floor is damaged from moisture in the crawl space. The scope of work is to remove selected brick piers, install geofoam blocks, a new retaining wall, insulation, a vapor retarder, and a concrete slab with welded wire fabric.
