Manitoba Hydro is issuing this RFP to seek the submission of competitive Proposals from experienced Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for the planning, preliminary design and potential supply, installation and commissioning of HVdc Equipment for Manitoba Hydro's Bipole I and Bipole II. Manitoba Hydro's objectives for this RFP are to: 1. select a Preferred Supplier(s) through a qualification and capability based selection process (as detailed in this RFP), evaluating their experience, qualifications, and availability to meet Manitoba Hydro's technical and execution requirements; and 2. award a Preferred Supplier Agreement (otherwise referred to as the Phase A Agreement), to the Preferred Supplier(s) for the Phase A Work Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/12/12 12:00:00 AM CST Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
