Shared Health Department Led Capital Projects (DLCP or "Owner's Agent"), on behalf of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA or "Owner"), express their interest in receiving responses from qualified proponents for the provision of Construction Management (CM) Services and Construction (the "Services" and the "Work") for the Victoria Hospital (VH) Redevelopment Project ("Project"), in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP), and resultant qualifications-based selection process, is to enter into an agreement for Construction Management Services and Construction with the best-qualified construction manager team for the Project that offers the best value, taking into consideration credentials, competency, experience, qualifications, price, and commitment to the Owner's interests. Construction Services to Commence: January 2026; Substantial Performance of the Contract: February 20, 2030; New Addition Ready-for-Takeover: May 22, 2030.
