Bidding security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or any acceptable bid bond, payable to the Southeast White County Public Water Authority, in any amount not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. This work shall consist of cutting, removing from the ground and properly disposing of trees, stumps, hedge, brush, roots, logs, weeds, rubbish, sod refuse, sawdust piles, lumbering slash and other materials within the limits of the rights-of-way or other designated areas which interfere with the work or are considered objectionable.
