Site work for a civil project in McFarland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a development; and water / sewer project.
The Contract consists of these units: - 2 Lump Sum Site Grading - 6,400 Cubic Yards Dredging and Disposal of Sedimented Materials - 3 Each Repair Endwall and Install Tie Rods - 2 Lump Sum Site Clearing and Grubbing - 1 Each Repair Existing Storm Structure The quantities and the main sizes are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bid Bond (in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid), Notice of Award Form, Agreement Form, Notice to Proceed Form, Performance/Payment Bond (100%), Certificate of Insurance, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of McFarland within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in excavation and grading and/or dredging work. RIGHTS RESERVED: The Village of McFarland reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Question Deadline 11/08/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing
