'' ** The City of St. Petersburg, Florida is soliciting statements of qualifications from multiple qualified Contractors interested in providing pavement restoration services for Projects at various locations City-wide. The services being requested will include, but are not limited to milling, paving, alternative asphalt treatments, pavement markings, signage, and curb ramp construction projects may be funded by the City, by FDOT, by FHWA, by other agencies or by a combination of funding sources. One or multiple qualified Contractors may be selected for each Work Category. Firms of varying size, ability and technical expertise are encouraged to submit Proposals. Contractors are encouraged to submit statements for all Work Categories for which they are qualified and use subcontractors to submit statements for any Work Categories they wish to pursue. The City reserves the right, at any time, to modify, waive or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this RFQ including, but not limited to, the deadlines for submission and submission requirements. The City further reserves the right to reject any or all SOQ, to cancel or withdraw this RFQ at any time. Selection is dependent upon the negotiation of a mutually acceptable contract. The initial term of agreement will be for three years with one two-year renewal period by mutual agreement of the parties.
