Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St Petersburg, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and transportation facility.

Transit Infrastructure Construction The scope of work will consist of but not be limited to the upgrading of existing facilities to comply with ADA requirements, and constructing new bus stops, transit stations, and other infrastructure supporting PSTA operations . Common elements of the stops/stations needing construction or installation would be boarding and alighting pads, shelter pads, bus bays, totems/pylons, roadway striping, and miscellaneous construction of that type. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, coordination, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the solicitation.
