The major items of work are approximately: 1.11 ACRE CLEARING & GRUBBING 28,500 CY EXCAVATION 6,500 CY COMMON EMBANKMENT 6,200 CY SELECT GRANULAR EMBANKMENT 4,200 CY AGGREGATE BASE CLASS 5 4,600 TON BITUMINOUS MIXTURE 2,000 SF MODULAR BLOCK WALL 5,100 LF RC PIPE SEWER 2,100 LF PVC PIPE SEWER 3,900 LF WATERMAIN DUCTILE IRON 7,000 SF CONCRETE WALK 40,000 SF 3" BITUMINOUS WALK 8,700 LF CONCRETE CURB & GUTTER DESIGN B618 325 EA TREES 12,000 LF STRIPING Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the City of Northfield City Clerk. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
