As of May 9, 2024 this project was awarded to Crane Creek Asphalt in the amount of $2,074,927.77 2025 Reclamation and Overlay Project Type of Work: Pavement Reclamation, Street Paving, Trail Installation, Ada Updates The Major Items of Work Are Approximately: 4100 Ton Bituminous Mixture 5300 Sf Concrete Walk 8700 Ton Aggregate Base Class V 3150 Cy Common Excavation 9800 Lin Ft Concrete Curb & Gutter Design B618 6100 Sy Sodding Type Mineral Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the City of Northfield City Clerk No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of City of Northfield, Minnesota. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the awarded bid.
