Installation of a new traffic-control signal system, pedestrian signals and related infrastructure; new sidewalk and curb ramps; signs and pavement markings; and other miscellaneous work items The Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE) and Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) participation goals are 10% and 2%, respectively.
