The Town of Riverdale Park, Maryland (hereinafter "Town") is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Engineering Services on an as-needed basis for up to five years in support of the Town's Capital Improvement Program and unscheduled projects as needs arise. The Town intends to select two to three firms to provide this service under a task order contract for individual projects (see Appendix J: Sample Task Order Contract). For purposes of this solicitation and the resulting contract, the meaning of "on call" is as follows: the selected Firms are to be available on an 'on call' basis as projects arise to provide engineering services on capital projects. The Town is unable to forecast the frequency or number of projects.
