The building size is 50'-0 x 70'-0 o Remove the existing trims necessary for the roof panel removal. o Any abandoned roof vents will be removed and not replaced. o Remove the existing metal roof panels. o Furnish and install 24-gauge R Panel metal roof panels by American Buildings, or equal, over the structural steel roof framing, keeping the existing batt insulation intact. o The 24-gauge R Panel Specifications are: o Yield Strength 80 (KSI) o Tensile Strength 82 (KSI) o The 24 Gauge Panel Capacity (PSF) @ 5'-0 on center framing members: o Gravity 69 PSF o Uplift 45 PSF o The metal roof panels will be fastened per the manufacturer's specifications. o Re-install any roof trims that were removed. o Clean up and haul away the construction debris. o If possible, please recycle the scrap metal to keep it out of our landfill. o Color of the metal roofing to be determined by owner.
