Renovation of a mixed-use development in Princeville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of September 2, 2025, the project was awarded to The Best Roofing but the awarded amount is not available.** o tear off existing shingles and replace them with GAP timberline HDZ lifetime shingles in charcoal color. This bid should include installation of new white drip edge, synthetic roof underlayment and ice and water barrier around the edges for both the Princeville Village Hall building located at 206 N. Walnut Ave. and the Water Treatment Plant building at 234 N. Walnut Ave. The Village is requesting an individual bid for each building. Prevailing wage must be paid and documented on this job.
