Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a municipal facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Work of this contract consists of providing access control, security camera and CAT6A data cabling from an existing IT room to a new intermediate distribution room and to all termination points within the facility as shown on the electrical drawings that are issued with this RFP. Additionally, there will be a fiber optic cable pulled from the existing IT room to the new garage facility and terminated inside the garage. A single lump sum bid will be required for all of the work. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. Contractors may be requested to submit "Contractor's Qualification Statement". The Village of Bellevue reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding.
