All post, gate, dimensions, elevations, start and end posts to be field verified with Brown County Facility representative before excavation. o The contractor is to provide a sample of materials and/or specification cut sheets that's meets the specification for final approval by owners' representative prior to ordering materials. o The contractor shall procure, store, and deliver materials free of defect at the time of the installation. All materials are to be protected from the elements, pedestrians and CTC general traffic. o Provide barricades to identify the work area, signage to reroute the public and residents. o The contractor must be a licensed and insured general contractor with the state of WI. o The contractor must be in good standing with the Federal, State, and Local municipalities o Permits and inspection fees are to be secured, coordinated, and paid by the contractor in fulfilling the requirements of these specifications. o Contractor must provide a one-year workman like warranty free from all defects on materials and labor in addition to manufacturer warranty.
