Renovation of a parking garage in Saint Albans, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The contract shall be completed within eight (8) weeks ofreceipt of order. 1. Install Wi-Fi thermostats so a nighttime setback can be established. 2. Install door sweep to exterior door -side door. 3. Option 1: Insulation the attic space: keep all existing rolled batt insulation in the attic space. Move rolled batt insulation, install spray foam insulation, to the ceiling deck, to value R49. Reinstall the existing rolled batt insulation over the new spray foam insulation. 4. Option 2: Insulation in the attic space: remove all existing rolled batt insulation in the attic space, install spray foam insulation, to the ceiling deck, to value R49. 5. Install new gable vents, 36 inches by 36 inches, on both ends ofthe exterior attic space. 6. Seal the eave vents that are located above the automatic garage doors.
