Town of Hempstead Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in any bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid most favorable to the interest of the Owner, after all bids have been examined and checked. No bidder shall withdraw his bid within sixty (60) DAYS AFTER THE FORMAL OPENING THEREOF WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE Town of Hempstead Housing Authority. The Town of Hempstead Housing Authority shall reserve the right to award the contracts separately or combined, whichever the Town of Hempstead Housing Authority deems is in their best interest. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening.
