Site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for paving for a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for the construction of a 28,750-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; 26,880-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and 2,844-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Project No: 1950004106 The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary for the City's New Public Works Facility, Bid Number: 24-083. Work includes: Site utilities, final adjustment of storm structure inlets, concrete and asphalt paving, landscaping, fencing, construction of salt storage building, de-icing (brine) system, underground fuel station, public works building and a pre-engineered fleet maintenance building. A site work package was previously awarded in the fall of 2023. The work under this package was completed in October 2024 and included site clearing, mass grading, main line storm lines and structures, detention basin, perimeter fencing and concrete paving entrance road onto the site. All final requests for clarifications on these bidding documents must be received no later than Friday December 6, 2024, by 2:00 PM.
