HVAC Service and Maintenance bids are currently being solicited by the Fort Zumwalt School District from qualified contractors interested in servicing, repairing, and maintaining the HVAC systems and equipment at 33 separate school district facilities. Bids must be accompanied by 10% bid deposit in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond made payable to the school district. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri are to be paid to all workmen performing work on this project. The school district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities therein.
